About me
Based in France, I am a food photographer even though anything meeting my gaze is an interesting thing to shoot. I am a self taught cook and baker. I love inventing new foods, new flavours and discovering new ways of cooking. If I cannot go in every country on this planet in my life, at least, I wish to discover them through their cooking traditions.
I recently tried to switch to a gluten free cooking. I discovered there are many new flavours and associations behind gluten free cooking. I learned to use flours that I would have never bought before. I don't go for a 100 % gluten free way of life, but I try to avoid gluten as much as possible. It is like a challenge to me, like (re)discovering my kitchen and my cupboards once again.
I also enjoy vegetarian dishes. I am not really a "meat person". I do not eat that much fish as well. I try to avoid these foods as much as possible. I eat mostly fruits and vegetables, along with seeds and carbohydrates. However, I can't say that I am 100% vegetarian. I do not think of the poor animal suffering when I don't eat meat, I just don't enjoy its taste at all. However, I will happily eat meat if I am invited to share a meal with someone who cooked it.
